They offer simplicity and flexibility in plan designs and enable the freedom to use the dentist of your choice. PrimeStar Personal Dental Plans provide for an increased coinsurance level based upon each Benefit Year of coverage. Benefit Year begins with each insured's effective date and continues for 12 months. Each primary insured and dependent will have their own benefit year beginning with their specific effective date of coverage. PrimeStar Personal Dental Plans will reimburse you for covered dental expenses based upon the Reasonable and Customary (R&C) fees for those covered expenses.
PrimeStar Platinum Senior Dental Plans are dental insurance plans available to individuals from 60 years old and beyond. You may include coverage for your spouse. They offer simplicity and flexibility in plan designs and enable the freedom to use the dentist of your choice. Plans Feature the freedom to use the dentist of your choice, no limited network of dentists, two different llans offering varied levels of coverage, $1,500 and $2,000 calendar year maximum benefit options, rates guaranteed for the initial 12 months, and no enrollment fee and no monthly administration charges. PrimeStar Platinum Senior Dental Plans will reimburse you for covered dental expenses based upon the Reasonable and Customary (R&C) fees for those covered expenses..
