Keith brings nearly 20 years of successful financial services experience to Goheen Financial Group. Keith prides himself on his client relationships, sharing a mutual understanding of each client’s goals while applying his expertise and enthusiasm to achieve them. As a testament to his talent for generating client satisfaction and loyalty, Keith has served many of his current clients for well over ten years.
He joined Goheen Financial after six years as Principal of Borgfeldt Wealth Management Group, UBS Financial Services. While providing financial planning to both individuals and companies, he was a specialist in corporate employee financial services, including stock option plans for companies such as Dell, Intel, Texas Instruments and Cardinal Health.
Prior to UBS he was Vice President of Marketing and Project Management for Tradecast Securities, a premier software developer and broker/dealer for direct access trading that processed upwards of 100,000 trades daily for firms all over the U.S. Keith’s responsibilities included business-to-business marketing, project management and product development and enhancement.
Several years earlier, Keith helped form Altair Corporation, providing web-based investment information for private labeling by financial institutions, and later sold the company. He spent six years with Coastal Banc SSB as Cash Management Officer and Branch Manager after beginning his career with Lovett, Underwood, Neuhaus and Webb in 1991.
Keith received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Houston. He went on to earn his Master of Business Administration from the university’s nationally recognized C. T. Bauer School of Business.
While Keith lived in Baytown, Texas for more than 30 years, he and his family have lived in Fort Bend County since 1993. His community involvement includes previously serving as a Board Member of Sweetwater Country Club. He helps coach his two daughters who participate in the Upward program, First Colony Youth Basketball and the Eclipse Soccer Program. He is an active member of Christ United Methodist Church.
